Algebra I-Part 1 -1 elective credit

Algebra I - Part 1 introduces students to algebraic concepts as they apply to the real world. Emphasis is placed on operations with rational numbers, properties of those operations, ratios, proportional reasoning, estimation, the rectangular coordinate system, algebraic expressions, equations, inequalities, and graphs of relations and functions. (Prerequisites: LEAP Achievement Level—AB or Unsat OR Basic AND D or F in 8th grade math)
