July 27, 2017 – 5 p.m. – Auditorium

Come meet the administration, faculty, and counselors, and learn about the daily routines of Airline High School.  Parents will meet in the auditorium while the freshmen meet in the boys’ gym.  You will have the opportunity to purchase Viking t-shirts from a variety of spirit groups.  The parent meeting will last about 30 minutes, then you will need to return at 8:00 to pick up your freshmen.



July 27, 2017 – 5 p.m. – Boys’ gym

Registration in the foyer of the boys’ gym begins at 5:00.  Please have someone pick you up at 8:00 p.m.

A fun-filled time for FRESHMEN only.  Freshmen will meet their mentors, make new friends, learn where to go, and how to be a successful Viking.  Hear the real “scoop” about Airline from upperclassmen.



School appropriate t-shirt with sleeves and tennis shoes.  Shorts acceptable but NO short-shorts.

Dinner will be provided.

Pep Squad

Any new pep squad members that have paid their $100 deposit and were at the fittings will need to be at the pep squad clinic Friday, August 4 after school in the Auditorium.


Your remaining balance will be due at this time to receive your uniform and/or accessories. See you there! 

Summer Reading

National Student Leadership Conference in Engineering

Caleb Santora was selected and attended the National Student Leadership Conference in Engineering at Yale University this past week. 


He learned teamwork and leadership skills, explored different engineering fields, and participated in different engineering design challenges.  He had a great week and was excited to get to participate in this program.

Airline High School Student, Bobby Alexander was selected and attended the National Student Leadership Conference in Engineering at Georgia Tech this summer. 


The students explore a variety of engineering fields and learn about exciting new research endeavors from the professors.  The students were also able to use simulations to design and build with their teams.
