WELCOME BACK

HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT BREAK . WE WILL START LIFETIME FITNESS  THIS SEMESTER. THE FIRST TWO WEEKS WILL CONSIST OF MUSCLE ENDURANCE EXERCISES TARGETED TO GETTING US IN SHAPE. EACH STUDENT WILL BE GRADED WITH A RUBRIC CREATEDTO MEASURE EFFORT AND MASTERY OF EXERCISE.

LIFETIME FITNESS PHASE TWO

PHASE TWO WILL CONSIST OF MUSCLE ENDURANCE EXERCISES TO INCREASE CORE STRENGTH AND STAMINA IN THE WIEGHTROOM .

LIFETIME SPORTS

AFTER A DAILY SESSION OF DYNAMIC WARM UPS AND BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES, WEWILL BEGIN OUR UNITS OF LIFETIME SPORTS.

EACH DAY IN BOYS PE WE WILL EMPHASIZE PHYSICAL FITNESS FOR THE FIRST NINE WEEKS.THE SECOND NINE WEEKS WE WILL INCORPORATE RECREATIONAL GAMES ALONG WITH OUR FITNESS ROUTINES.

PHYSICAL FITNESS

OUR FITNESS UNIT WILL CONSIST OF UPPER BODY EXERCISES,LOWER BODY EXERCISES,AND CARDIO.OUR GOAL IS 100% PARTICIPATION AND FOR THE STUDENT TO SHOW IMPROVEMENT.
