Mrs. Andi Vrbka

Welcome to Airline High School!

I grew up in the halls of Airline because my mom, Linda Finimore, has taught here since I was very small. I like to say that I was raised by Airline that is why I am so excited to be able to continue my teaching career here. In 2005, I graduated from AHS and chose to go onto Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I obtained my Bachelors' of Arts in Secondary Social Studies Education with a minor in Science and Mathematics. While in college, I was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity, Student Activities Board, and Kappa Delta Pi (educational honors society).  I am very proud to be a product of Bossier Parish, Airline High School, and Northwestern State University. In July, My husband and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary, but the biggest change of all was in December of 2016. My daughter, Claire, was born. Since my husband, mom, and brother all work at AHS, I guess Claire will learn early that she is a future Viking.
